What Procura is built to do
Procura gives procurement participants a shared, structured workflow. Buyers can describe a requirement consistently. Eligible Suppliers can respond with comparable information. Awarded parties can then proceed through purchase-order and communication steps designed for the selected transaction.
Countries supported
Procura currently supports account and country workflows for the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Timor-Leste, and Papua New Guinea. Country selection, administration, verification, location information, and access controls are applied according to the configured country.
Privacy by workflow stage
Procura limits protected identity and contact information before award. Permitted business details become available only through the authorized award and purchase-order workflow. Country Admin and Global Admin responsibilities are separated, and privileged actions are recorded.
What Procura does not replace
Procura structures procurement activity but does not replace commercial, legal, tax, product, delivery, or regulatory due diligence. Buyers and Suppliers remain responsible for reviewing specifications, prices, authority, quality, delivery, and applicable obligations before committing.
