Eligibility and accounts
Users must be legally capable of acting for the person or business represented, provide accurate information, protect account credentials, complete required verification, and use additional account protection where Procura requires it. Buyer, Supplier, Country Admin, and Global Admin permissions are separate.
Procurement workflow
Buyers create structured RFQs. Eligible Suppliers may submit quotations. A Buyer may select a Supplier, after which the parties can use the awarded messaging and purchase-order workflow. Procura structures and records this activity but is not the Buyer, Supplier, manufacturer, carrier, escrow agent, or guarantor.
Usage Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Procura may apply the currently displayed Usage Credit charge to specified actions. The authoritative confirmation shown before an action controls over older descriptions. Usage Credits are platform-use units, not money, a deposit, or stored value. Paid packages or subscriptions are available only when the applicable purchase option is configured and enabled.
Documents and electronic signatures
Authorized users may confirm electronic signatures for approved declarations, quotations, purchase orders, acknowledgments, and completion records. A saved signature is used only after the signer explicitly confirms its use. Each signer is responsible for reviewing the document and having authority to sign.
Administration and enforcement
Country Admins operate only within their assigned country. Certain Country Admin rejection or suspension recommendations require a recorded reason and Global Admin approval. Procura may restrict an account or workflow to protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity.
Availability and responsibility
Procura does not promise uninterrupted service, a specific Supplier, quotation, award, delivery, saving, revenue, or procurement outcome. Buyers and Suppliers remain responsible for specifications, pricing, taxes, delivery, quality, legal compliance, and payment between them.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit false identities, forged documents, sham procurement activity, collusive quotations, illegal goods, malware, harassment, infringing content, or information that violates privacy or law. Users must not bypass account, country, anonymity, Usage Credit, ranking, award, payment, signature, or security controls.
